Just everyone was v nice perfect the doctor his assistant who saw before him and the front desk woman was incredible

Overall my experience with the austell urology location has been excellent since I have been under their care. Unlike some providers I have been treated by in the past, I feel this office and staff really do care and listen to the patients. As an ex employee of WellStar I still believe in WellStar and will continue to use Wellstar services.

From the moment I came in the office, the receptionist at the desk, Diamond, she was fabulous, very caring and very thoughtful. The technician and the doctor listened to my concerns and were very attentive to my needs and answered all my questions. And then the receptionist at the end, I can't remember her name, but she did a fabulous job as well scheduling me and getting me ready for my next appointment.

Yeah, anytime you visit the doctor at Wellstar, it's several different doctors that you end up having instead of you being assigned to one care provider. You know, a lot of times you just want to be comfortable with one person. I think that's something that should be changed. It's nice that you have a lot of doctors and practitioners to see, but it'd be nice if you were assigned really to one and you could be comfortable with that one instead of every time you come, you end up being with someone else.
