This was a consultation appointment. Not an exam. The providers didn't need to touch anything but the computer, which I believe is why they weren't hand sanitizing.

Check in person was extremely nice but I had to explain to him why he was getting a mismatched ID. My spouse is the primary on the insurance. His ID ends in 00 where mine ends in 01. He then asked if I had my own card. Where I then had to show him my name and the 01 extension next to my name.
