I love the entire cardiovascular center. Dr. Harrell is awesome. Front desk person all the way down to the nurse was wonderful.

The receptionist was so busy visiting and taking her own sweet time with a couple who had already checked out, that I had to sit for 10 minutes before she ever entered me into the computer as being there to check in. Then, though it was only 4:25, the lab tech refused to do my bloodwork that the doctor rushed my visit to get me to, and said it was 4:30, and they were closed. It was not 4:30! And I don't get how a lab tech can refuse the doctor's orders. Strange operation yall got going on there. Dr. Harrell and his team are top notch. It's the Wellstar support staff that need some "encouragement" and training.

I needed a new cardiologist after moving back to Augusta and hoped I'd find a cardiologist who could replace my long time cardiologist, Dr. Kramer. They are some huge shoes to fill in my book. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Harrell and feel he'll be the perfect cardiologist to monitor and treat my cardiac health. The entire staff was inviting and helpful. Mallory took me back to show me to my exam room. She and the rest of the staff couldn't have been nicer. Thank you for your having such a welcoming office.
