Yes, everyone at Women's was very kind and courteous, from the receptionist to the nurse and also the PA, Annie. Very willing to listen and very informative when talking about my case specifically. And the doctor was very good at listening and even his assistant or intern, Sammy, was focused and interacting with our conversation and with the questions I had for the doctor. So I was so well pleased with the whole team. And even when there was a scheduling problem that happened because of what I pursued, they adjusted their schedule so that I had time with the doctor and I did not feel rushed. I was so pleased with this visit. I appreciate WellStar.

Set me up for a follow upfor a brain bleed with no prior CT scan, after I called twice prior to appointment to ask about it. Wasted 1/2 a day due to incompetence of staff.

Dr. Rahimi, he's a great doctor above guard, but I like him because I had him before in 2021. And I thank him. He's a great man. He's a great doctor. Yes, I was to see the doctor, but I didn't get to see the doctor. He called me to let me know what my situation had rendered. I didn't get a call. The nurse called, one of the specialists called me, and I called her back twice, and she still hasn't called me, so I don't know what my results are. So how likely am I to deal with someone that when I call her, she said, is the lady at Ann expecting a call from you? She called me twice. Like you see, we never connected. So right now, I'm in limbo. So that's why I gave the goal scores, because the team was not following through. Thank you. Have a good one.
