The engagement was great. I enjoyed meeting the doctor and having them understand my chart and what I've been through and where I would like to get to. Ultimately, the outcome was that I'm not going to be doing more, at least unnecessarily, with this particular outfit, but I certainly would in the future. I thought that everybody was fantastic. The only point of feedback I would really like to provide a negative part on is this IVR, this interactive voice recording and the survey, like zero to 10, where now you have to clarify, push one, zero. Is that a 10? Now that's an 11 scale, but I don't know. Maybe I don't know how to do maths. But Wellstar should probably put somebody on that. Anyway, the cardiologists were great. I loved them. I will highly recommend them to anybody else that needs to see a cardiologist.
