Despise the way your office schedules appointments without conversing either ME first. It's very hard to reschedule. I would like the CHOICE to have an auto schedule or for me to call. It's disrespectful to me as a patient.

I was expected to see my new doctor, but that's not who I saw. I saw the PA. My regular doctor retired. And I understand the new person had some kind of schedule or procedure. But I was not aware of that, so I came to the appointment expecting to see the new doctor.

I had problem in registration early in the month when they showed me complete with blood work.I waited about an hour before they realized their mistake. Only mistake in about16 months. Staff Is always kind and caring ,system Is efficient.

Parking is terrible at this location, it took 10 minutes to find a place to park, Luckily, I was early and checked in right before my appointment time but then still took over 20 minutes to see someone and then another 10 minutes plus to get upstairs to wait again to see the PA. The staff is nice and helpful, but the overall logistics of the facility is a nightmare, which is the main reason I would not recommend to others.
