Sarah (PA) was excellent. She answered all my questions with ease and concern. You are lucky to have her in your employ. Although I was seen by Sarah in a very timely manner, I had to wait 30 minutes to have my labs taken (I arrived 15 minutes early so all in all, I waited 45 minutes). People arriving after me were taken before me. Note: In my opinion, all lab technicians should have freshly laundered scrubs to wear.
