Dr. Gold is board certified in pediatrics, having received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed a residency at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah. He has been practicing in the Atlanta area since 1997 and has been with Towne Lake Pediatrics since 2001. He has a particular interest in the problems associated with obesity in children.

Dr. Gold and staff are always 10/10. I've never had a problem with any staff. I work for Wellstar too and it makes me feel good when I go into other Wellstar offices and see employees enjoying their job. I trust Dr. Gold 100%. I love how he makes my teenage sons comfortable. Dr. Gold, his nursing staff, and front desk staff are all wonderful with my children and with making them feel comfortable and secure. I never need to question their care of their intentions and we always receive nothing but kindness, support, and joy! Everyone from the front to the back knows my children and includes them in the process every step of the way, from check in at the front, to Dr. Gold letting them choose if he checks eyes or ears first, to the nursing staff letting them choose a sticker at the end. We absolutely love this office and care team!

Being in the hospital with your child is not easy but every nurse, doctor, etc. that I encountered was super nice and always asking if I needed anything. I never felt like I was bothering them with my millions of questions. I loved getting my results on my chart and then having the doctor come and explain which made me feel more educated and at easy with what was going on with my child. An awesome experience for such a time that can seem sad.

Dr Gold and his practice are top notch! I have been bringing my children to his practice since they were born and they are 20 and 6 years old. Always kind and welcoming! Never had an issue of waiting and always have been able to get an appointment. We unfortunately moved away but will still drive the hour and half so my kids can stay with Dr Gold!
