Hi, the office staff is always welcoming. No problems there. Dr. Durrett is very kind. He listens and his body language lets you know that he's there, he hears you, and he makes assessments and he's just like right on it. When you have a concern about something, he's just, you know, he's just there. I can't, you know, put it in words, you know. He's just awesome.

Friendly and competent staff working the reception desk, Sharon who took my vitals was especially nice and attentive. Dr. Samuel Durrett was my physician and was a pleasure to meet. He answered all my questions and not once did I feel rushed or dismissed. Very happy that he is my Doctor. Overall this was a great experience considering the fears I had going in and having never been to a pulmonary doctor I left feeling that I was in good hands.
