I like it that the wait times are very minimal to be called back, And although he's thorough, He gets you out of there in a reasonable amount of time.

It is extremely difficult yo get or to change an appointment. When you call the recommended number you get a busy signal and then nothing.

Still no report although told it would be today. Did not get enough time with doctor to explain what he saw and why the tests were significant. The practice has been extremely disappointing. No sense of urgency. Lack of understanding of real medical story leading to inaccurate understanding of important medical situation. Zero confidence that anyone in practice really understands history. Was told to get cerebral MRI AFTER I HAD ONE THAT WAS EXTENSIVELY DISCUSSED IN OFFICE VISIT. Conflicting stories about another doctor being consulted or not yet consulted. Strongly suggest someone from administration contact me to understand all the mistakes made so far. Delays and mistakes may have significant repercussions in my medical outcomes. People who hear my experience are understandably appalled.
