Actually, she was very kind and patient and listened to my daughter and some of her silliness. And overall, there was not one negative experience there. To report, same for the front office. Since my daughters have been seeing her, she never makes me feel like they're just another patient. She takes the time to get to know them and never makes our appointment feel rushed. I'm very happy with the patient care that my daughter received with the doctor and the nurse who attended her. However, I have found that over the past 10 years since we've been going to this pediatrician, the quality of the front office staff and the quality of the office itself has really started to decline. It's darker, it's less friendly, the people are less welcoming, and overall, if I did not like this doctor so well, I would probably go ahead and find a different practice. I also do not like that they're constantly changing doctors and I don't even know if my doctor works there anymore until I call and make an appointment.
