Her nurse Katherine was very friendly & personable & also went over care instructions with us again & made sure all of our questions were answered. I like the fact that the doctor was very welcoming. She felt genuine and authentic, and I feel safe with trusting her, with operating on my son. She's operated on him before, and I just had a good feeling about her, and I feel confident that she will help us with this next surgery, and I just want to say that.

For a pediatric surgeon, I find it very confusing that the surgeries are done in the afternoon and there's office hours held in the morning. So the children are going well over 12, 18 hours without food or drink before they're having their surgery happen. So I think it should be flopped. Usually pediatric surgeries are done in the morning and Dr. Bansal apparently is the only pediatric surgeon that does it backwards like this. And I think there should be consideration taken to change that for future patients. because it is extremely difficult on children to go that long without food or drink on top of having the anxiety of having a surgery coming.
