The lady at the front desk that checked me in was very helpful and very polite and then both the audiologist and Dr. Revell were just very good and very patient and explained things to me as they went and I was very pleased with my visit. Thank you.

Not necessary to have weight taken for an ENT appointment. This causes extra work for the employee. Weight is already taken at primary care, gynecologist and gastroenterologist.
