Yeah, this was kind of just a bad experience all the way around and it was mainly, I guess, due to the receptionist was just very, well, just actually very rude. When I went to pay, you know, my co-pay, she just said, we're not taking cash today because I have something else. I have something else to go to this afternoon and I don't have time or something that I'd affect. She was just extremely rude and it just made the whole visit very distasteful. So that's all.

I greatly object to the practice at Welstarof having them asking me to sign a screen while they tell me what I'm signing. They need to allow us to READ the document by giving us a paper copy. I know there are ways to access these documents online, but just saying sign this little screen is ridiculous . It would not stand up in court.

While most of the staff at Wellstar East Cobb is very personable, I found the check-in staff a little off-putting, especially since she was asking me to sign and never-before-seen document regarding appointment cancellations (new Wellstar policy) and a practice specific document. The nurse was also not as personable and engaged as others I have encountered at East Cobb. That said, Dr. Revell was outstanding - she had reviewed my chart and previous ultrasounds, listened well and was very clear in communicating her assessment.
