Dr. Long was very helpful, answered questions, was considerate, and explained things in terms that we can understand. So I was very pleased with the visit and with Dr. Long.

the admin check-in, check-out process was overwhelmingly slow. That's where all my weight was. As soon as I got checked through admin, the text came out to get me, put me in a room and I started talking to the nurses about my condition. But the admin desk, there must have been 15, maybe more people ahead of me trying to get checked in. And then the same on out processing. It was at least a half an hour after I was done with the doctor before my letter F came up and I was able to see the clerk to do my out processing. The admin part is really, really poor. The other thing is your housekeeping is really, really poor. That's the only reason that I rated the facility down. The take-up carpets, there's no excuse for them to be dirty in the waiting rooms. There's damage to the baseboards in the waiting
