My doctor come in the room, she put her gloves on, she listened to my heart, and she talked about what my results were for my test. Then she asked me, did I understand, and I really didn't understand all of it, so she drew it on a piece of paper and explained everything to me. I could not have been more pleased.

I was impressed with the cheerfulness of the staff. Dr Siddique was very nice and encouraging. I particularly want to mention that Mackenzie was very helpful in getting my records from another practice site and lastly, Bommy, my tech instructed me to take deep breaths prior to taking my BP and elevated my arm. As a nurse, these were practices I had incorporated into my patient care and personally performed prior to BP readings but...I never had experienced such directives in any other triage/pre-appointment setting. This was excellent care!
