First, it took over 2 hours to see the doctor. The front desk lied on the nurse & said she was running 30 minutes behind. It was the doctor running behind due to her laughing and attentive to her phone. Dr. Siddiqui was mean and unprofessional. She didn't know anything about my medical care. My daughters had to explain everything to her. She started arguing w/ my daughters about what Medicare would pay for and about what she wasn't gonna do. She kept repeating that she gets paid regardless of how we feel. We had to get the office manager in there. We fired her as our doctor and another doctor came in to help me. Please get rid of this racist and incompetent doctor. I can't continue to go to this practice anymore due to her behavior. I will be filing a complaint on her to the medical board and NAACP.

There is nothing you can do to improve on your customer service because the customer service of all doctors and nurses are always Five-star, it's always the best. Everyone is friendly, everyone is caring of my condition when I'm there, and I am treated with the absolute utmost respect and fairness, and I couldn't ask for a better treatment. I've never received such wonderful treatment from any doctor's office.
