I was extremely satisfied with each step of my visit from the time that I arrived to the time I was seen by the doctor to the nurses and the assistants and especially the doctor. She made me feel especially comfortable and it was a great experience and I appreciate it and it was awesome. So thank you very much.

Dr. Malik was great. We hit it off wonderfully. However, the two people that worked at the front desk were absolute zeros. I speak for my wife as well. There are two people at the front desk. They had scowls on their faces. It was clear that they were not at all interested in us or helpful to the success of Dr. Malik. Having said that, Dr. Malik is fine, wonderful, good, but you got to do something about those two people at the front desk.

I honestly felt a little rushed. The doctor seemed to not let me finish my explanations to her questions

The nurse and office staff are very nice. The provider was professional initially but she made some inappropriate comments to me during the visit. There were also times when I felt like I was being accused of being dishonest and as if I'm not aware of what my medical treatment history consisted of. I didn't care for that.

Well, this was my first experience due to an vehicle, automobile or truck injury, and I found it to be a very interesting experience. I think Dr. Malik was an extremely thorough person. It seems like she didn't leave anything out to try to help analyze what might be wrong and assess what might be wrong and how to help correct things that can be corrected. And so she's very friendly, very personable with a patient, and as well as very direct. So I look forward to completing whatever she's asked me to do towards an analysis that hopefully is the best that it can be.
