I think the doctor was very knowledgeable

The front desk was very friendly. But the doctor kept say that she could not do an assessment without my file about 6 times instead of trying to find out what she could do.

Well, this was my first experience due to an vehicle, automobile or truck injury, and I found it to be a very interesting experience. I think Dr. Malik was an extremely thorough person. It seems like she didn't leave anything out to try to help analyze what might be wrong and assess what might be wrong and how to help correct things that can be corrected. And so she's very friendly, very personable with a patient, and as well as very direct. So I look forward to completing whatever she's asked me to do towards an analysis that hopefully is the best that it can be.

Provider and ALL her staff members starting from the front desk were all amazing, punctual, & exceptionally polite. I felt seen, heard, & very comfortable discussing my care etc. She also helped me to understand my care and exactly what was going on. Round of applause for Dr.Malik & her phenomenal team as a WHOLE!

Dr. Malik took the time to actually listen to my concerns, my needs, and what I've been going through. She didn't hand me a generic plan. She built one with me, and I genuinely feel like it's going to make a difference. Her office staff matched that same energy. Friendly, helpful, and made me feel taken care of from the moment I walked in.
