The appointment experience was excellent. The problem I have are the absolutely excessive phone call reminders for the appointment. I had text reminders and phone reminders that border on harassment. Please stop the excessive phone calls!

I always have excellent patient care here. The front desk, nurses, lab, and check out are right in the mark! I feel heard here. Dr Shahani is very thorough in my exam, follows up with questions and always answers any questions I have. I always walk out of this office knowing that I had thorough exam and all questions answered. That is a gift thank you.

I was concerned that the physician did not sanitize or wash her hands upon entering the room or after coughing into her hands several times. She also coughed into her hands rather than her elbow. I would appreciate stronger attention to hand hygiene and infection control.

The only negative I have is getting scheduled, my provider sent a referral, I had to call multiple times to get the appointment scheduled, one office told me they sent everything this office told me they didn't have everything but no one would pick up the phone and call each other I was required to do it which was very frustrating.
