The building seemed to be near shambles. The wall just above the lab is cracking and needs repair. Building is very old but could use a facelift. I guess I expected more from Wellstar.

I think she explains things very well. I feel comfortable learning from her. I am confused as to why I get a call saying I tested positive for Graves' disease, but yet she won't see me again for six months. That just does not make sense to me. I would want to probably bring my patient in and talk about it, but she's a good provider.

I typically schedule the 1st appointment of the day. Most times they are slow to get started even though I checked in online and paid prior to the visit. It was after 9AM before I left. They should offer earlier start times or be ready when appointments are made. The have there clients pay for not cancelling appointments and showing up, no accountability for being late for the 1st appointments

Toi is her nurse that works with patients, extremely awesome educator, always willing to help the patient with whatever issues are going on with their endocrine healthcare. Dr Shahani's tech, Lisa is great at bringing patients back to the room, getting me settled into the room and taking my vital signs in preparation for Dr Shahani to see me. Give them a raise.

Dr. Shahani and crew are always available for questions and are very easy to engage with. Thank you all for making my routine visit something to look forward to instead of something to dread.
