The staff was outstanding. They did not waste time. When there was someone waiting in line, the people stepped in and helped the waiting person. The back office person (Lisa) was polite, kind and efficient. There are not enough words to describe Dr. Shahani. She is knowledgable, friendly, professional, and efficient without rushing the patients. I highly recommend this entire practice.

The woman who checked me out was a bit rude. I've been going to this office for about six years and have never had a complaint until yesterday. Normally, the office is friendly. The staff is outrageous but yesterday, the lady who checked me out really took me by surprise. I had accidentally cut her off in the middle of her telling me that my appointment would be in my chart and I apologized and I got nothing but attitude from that point on

I've been seeing this doctor for many years, but at first I thought her attention and interest in my problems would improve, but NO! She's very basic... I don't think I'd even spend 5 minutes with her. I want to change doctors very quickly. This time was my last chance with her... To be honest, I'm thinking of changing insurance. The doctors are really letting me down.

She also reviewed my documented medical history ..something noother doctor has done since I have been in Georgia. She also made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the possible treatment she might recommend going forward. Really glad I chose her and waited for an opening in her appointment schedule.
