This doctor asked pertinent questions, and seemed willing to dig for the answers he needed. I left the office understanding my situation so much more clearly. I have felt so frustrated by the overwhelming symptoms that are changing my quality of life. Dr. Saba B even talked about consulting with my cardiologist to create a unified approach to the next steps in my treatment. I feel relieved and grateful to get some answers.

I had to cancel two appointments because Tricare, my secondary insurance, needed a referral that wasn't provided. I was told that if I wanted to keep the appointments, I would have to pay for our of pocket. This left me confused about what I was supposed to do to get the referral since I have never had this issue before.

Yes, I felt rushed at the office. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was nice. It was just very rushed. I don't feel like they spent enough time with me, making sure I understood what was going on or what I needed to do going forward. The questions I needed to ask, I was unsure about. Thank you.

My only concern is that it takes a long time, like six months to be seen for follow-up appointments. And for that reason, I put a six for recommending. When you're dealing with your child or something that's neurological, you kind of want to have that information sooner. Especially if you're dealing with attorneys and things like that. So anyway, my point is I would just like to have more availability for appointments. And it doesn't seem to be busy in the office when we go. We are the only people ever there. So I'm just not sure where the limitation is. Thank you.
