I was very pleased with the doctors, the nurses' assistants, all the people in the back of the office. However, the front desk lacked experience. The one person was very rude and had no emotional feelings or nothing like that. I will never, ever, ever treat customer service like that. But the doctors, Ms. Holly, and everybody else was awesome. But the front desk needs work. They need training very, very badly. Thank you.

Doctor not very personable. Did not read the results of the CT scan that was brought in disclosing extent of post surgical disaster after three cervical surgeries. Believe this may have assisted doctor in determination of treatment. Believe the Nerve Conductive Study and EMG are overblown and too costly for such a short period of testing and consultation with doctor.

It was a long wait after my appointment time, but the provider did apologize for the long wait.

Only one problem.. An email tells me to sign a document saying that I have an estimate of over $200.00 for this visit. I almost cancelled immediately. This misleading information causes problems especially when we have to drive there to get surprises. Stop this practice
