Yes, I would like you to say that the doctor was very informative and very personable and allowed for questions and responses and took his time in talking to us and wasn't rushing us at all and friendly and all those things are important as well as the staff. They were all super professional and handled things and asked questions that were needed for the exam. Very good. Everything was really, really nice. In and out. Thank you.

The most problem that I had is I was forced to pay $118. We didn't have the money to pay. Also, it was an office visit. The most I normally pay is $50 based on my insurance, even if I had met my out-of-pocket or my deductible, which I have met both. So I shouldn't have been charged anything. But an office visit would have only been $50, which I could have seen paying $50. However, I was forced to pay $118 to be able to visit the doctor today, that day, excuse me. I tried to inform them of this and I was not able to be seen by the doctor.

The one person was very rude and had no emotional feelings or nothing like that. I will never, ever, ever treat customer service like that. But the doctors, Ms. Holly, and everybody else was awesome. But the front desk needs work. They need training very, very badly. Thank you.
