From the minute I walked into the office I was greeted by Darwin, with a big smile, who checked me in, with a very positive attitude, making me feel at ease right away. The entire staff was friendly and kind-the Medical Assistant and the checkout person. Even Dr. Ashraf made me feel relaxed and well taken care of.

My entire experience today was stellar. I am not someone who enjoys going to the doctor. I anticipate long wait times and limited time with my doctors and staff. Wellstar proved me wrong today with absolutely no wait for my appt and no wait time for my labs that followed the appt. My doctor was thorough and I felt heard. The lab staff was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and it was one prick and done. She found my veins easy and got what was needed in a flash. I look forward to coming back for my next appt.
