I would definitely recommend to anybody who has an issue with aches and pains, the knees, arthritis, already referred him to my husband. He listens and he came highly recommended and he came through in silver colors. So I would definitely recommend the place was clean. The place, the front desk was friendly and very friendly and definitely very helpful. And I'm glad I took myself into Georgia to have help because I was at other facilities that just did not help or just did not listen. So thank you.

Dr. Decoons and his staff have always been professional, polite, and patient with me, explaining everything in a way that I can easily understand. Wish all my Dr's offices were like that.

He would not listen to me about the facts that I'd already consulted my dermatologist about my skin condition. He kept pushing that it was singles and it was not. I'd already confirmed it with my dermatologist.

I really like that the doctors, along with, I think, an intern took their time to really go over my charts and they collectively really spelled out what was going on with my knee. The only thing I didn't like is that they forgot to tell the person who booked my appointment that I was in the room, so I was waiting like 20-something minutes with her not knowing and my leg was hurting and I could have been like long gone. So I felt kind of like that was an area where they dropped the ball and it just left me feeling like, wow, I've been just here waiting in this room. But other than that, I liked the doctors and I thought they did an excellent job pretty much.

I realize that Dr. Decoons is an orthopedic surgeon, but, and I was scheduled for a procedure, an injection in my left knee, but I brought up new issues regarding pain and several other joints in my lower extremities. And even though he seemed to listen, he did not do an exam to further assess the situation at all. And he really didn't have anything to say about it, which I found very disappointing. He could have at least done an exam and given his input. I'm a nurse practitioner, so I know what's necessary during a visit, and I was very disappointed in that.
