The person at the desk greeted me enthusiastically, checked me in, and provided the paperwork I needed to complete. The x-ray technician was extremely kind with excellent directions as to the placement of my foot. Dr. Bhattacharya was very methodical. She listened to my history and my current concerns regarding my issues, including sharing my x-rays and what she saw in them. She then discussed the likely causes of my pain, and the pros and cons of various treatments, before making a recommendation.

Dr. Bhattacharya, an amazing and talented surgeon doctor, treated my foot fracture and saved my foot. I'm on the road to recovery now. The staff at Wellstar, both locations I've visited, are great.

Woman that checked me in was rude. She gave me a med list to confirm and it belonged to another patient I explained that I listed all my meds when I checked in online and she did not acknowledge me. Barely spoke to me. An older gentleman approached the desk and asked if he was on the first floor he seemed lost she laughed and replied this is the lower level not the first floor. She could have been gentler or kinder with him.

I had the meeting with Rashmi Bhattacharya and she was just unbelievable. My feet, with the treatment she gave, my foot is almost back to normal and it was nice to be walking without any pain. I will definitely recommend her. She's extremely personable and patiently listened to everything that I had to say. The front office was amazing and so were the nurses. So I'm really, really happy.
