This visit was very informative for a situation that was a little nerve-wracking going in not knowing the prognosis or the outcome. I felt very well informed, but I also felt comforted upon leaving. And literally from the person that was directing traffic based on the construction at the parking garage, all the way up to the doctor and his student helper, I'm sorry if I'm saying that wrong. It was phenomenal. And I'm really grateful. And I would definitely love to visit again if the need arises.

Everybody was so nice and knowledgeable and I love that everybody that came into the room treated my son with so much respect and spoke to him and asked him questions and really acknowledged his feelings and explained everything that was going on and that was going to happen with his surgery. And that was super important to us as a family and also to him because it just made him feel more comfortable with the surgeons. Being a number or any patient, he was, you know, everybody called him by his name and really made, took a moment to connect with him. And that made me as a mom and my husband as a dad feel a lot more comfortable with his providers, as well as my son. It was a very scary situation to begin with and that just having providers that actually cared and took the time to connect with my son just made it all worthwhile. Everybody was

Dr. Cruz has the best bedside manner. He took care of my son from the very beginning, gave a clear plan for the surgery, and updated us when he was done with my son's inguinal hernia repair. Very easy to talk to and addressed concerns and made us feel at ease. Thank you!

Dr. D'Cruz and his medical intern were great! The other medical staff however, was not. The nurse who took my son's vitals was not cordial at all. My son tried to engage with her and she just ignored him. She seemed like she didn't want to be there.
