I was nervous about this appointment. Obviously, it's an unknown to me, but I was treated with great respect and cheer and just real respect from everyone from the front office reception staff to the nurses and to the doctor. It was a delightful visit and I appreciate so much the care and concern.

This is the first time I will be getting radiation treatments. The front desk was so helpful and patient with me. I was very impressed with Dr. Ganju. He explained what was going to happen, why we were doing it, and was patient with my questions. And the RT Education booklet has so much information.

Yes, hello. Dr. Ganju was great and we have so much confidence in him and really appreciated his manner and everything that he was in the appointment. And also I believe it was the nurse Allison who we met as well was very, very positive and very, very helpful. So everybody we came in contact with was very kind, very professional and very knowledgeable. So, so far it's going well and we appreciate it.

Most staff is very communicative which I appreciate. But when I was there being Marked and "tattooed " I was surprised when stuck with a needle and not warned ahead of what the tech was going to do. If everything they are doing is explained as the procedure is progressing it greatly reduces my anxiety and fears as this is all new to me.
