Everybody in the clinic was great. Nurses were great. The doctors were great. They treated you with respect. Everybody was just so helpful. Would definitely recommend them again.

They should have at least one Spanish-speaking staff member to assist customers in their own language. Personally, I don't like it when they call interpreters; I prefer to speak with the person face-to-face, not over the phone with someone translating.

I was nervous about this appointment. Obviously, it's an unknown to me, but I was treated with great respect and cheer and just real respect from everyone from the front office reception staff to the nurses and to the doctor. It was a delightful visit and I appreciate so much the care and concern.

He explained what was going to happen, why we were doing it, and was patient with my questions. And the RT Education booklet has so much information.
