Yes, I would just like to say that from the beginning of my visit, walking into the facility until the end, I felt very cared for. Staff was excellent and I understood the process going forward, the options that I would have going forward before I even got to the results of what may have to happen in regards to what to expect next. Very thoroughly informed and I really appreciate the provider for her genuineness, caring and concern, and actually making me comfortable because I was a little scared coming into the visit. Thank you.

I was talking with the doctor and right in the middle of my conversation, she stuck out her hand and said, We'll see you shortly or next time or something. And in other words, she virtually cut me off before I thought I was through discussing anything. So that's why she's getting a poorer response from me is because I felt like she was not really interested in continuing to discuss with me.

Terri was an amazing nurse. She was very well spoken. I felt very informed. I felt like I had control of what was happening. She alleviated a lot of my fears, didn't judge me for being very anxious about the process. My doctor was very understanding. He explained things very well so I could understand them and he gave me a lot of choices about my care that I didn't think I was going to have. Would definitely recommend them.
