I was talking with the doctor and right in the middle of my conversation, she stuck out her hand and said, We'll see you shortly or next time or something. And in other words, she virtually cut me off before I thought I was through discussing anything. So that's why she's getting a poorer response from me is because I felt like she was not really interested in continuing to discuss with me.

Terri was an amazing nurse. She was very well spoken. I felt very informed. I felt like I had control of what was happening. She alleviated a lot of my fears, didn't judge me for being very anxious about the process. My doctor was very understanding. He explained things very well so I could understand them and he gave me a lot of choices about my care that I didn't think I was going to have. Would definitely recommend them.

Several people I know are patients here as well and they told me prior to my visit how wonderful Dr Chin is. They were right. I was very comfortable with my visit. And also the nurse that did my vitals has the personality that all staffers in a health setting should have. She had me relaxed mentally before I saw the Dr.
