Yes, when I first entered the facility, I was greeted and they were very nice and very professional, the staff was. And when I got into the office, my vitals were taken and the person was very professional. And by the time the doctor came into the room, she was very knowledgeable and she explained things quite clearly. And she even showed me some of my chart results, my test results that were transferred from another doctor's office to her. So and then she adequately ordered some tests for me and gave me a date to come back. So she's very professional, very efficient, very fluent, and I would highly recommend this office to others. Thank you.

Everyone in office is great! On the other hand, the pharmacy takes over 2 hours to prepare my medication that only takes 10 minutes to infuse. My infusions take 40 minutes total, however I am there for minimum 3 hours every time. Very aggravating!

Overall, the appointment went very well as far as meeting with the doctor, meeting with the staff, getting checked in. The only negative that I have is that my appointment was at 10:15 and I didn't see the doctor until almost 11 o'clock. So my time is very valuable and to have that much time eaten up with not seeing the doctor until 45 minutes after, almost after I was supposed to be there, was kind of a detractor.

Yes, I am so disappointed that the powers that be had them take down all of their decorations. Let me tell you, during my chemo days, seeing those decorations made my day. I enjoyed looking at them. I enjoyed seeing what they would have the next time I came in. This is not a regular doctors office. This is a place where people are on the verge. We need all the happiness and positivity that we can muster. You all took away some of that, and I am so very disappointed. I can't imagine who in their right mind thought this would impede on any medical procedures or keep them from getting the proper medical care. I hope that you re-think this. thank you.

And they all talked to me, and they comforted me, and they told me that everything was going to be just fine, that I had to have my faith in the Lord. And these feelings just come over me, and I just couldn't take it. I couldn't thank none of them enough. They did so much for me, and they It really, really brought my mind to ease, and I appreciate each and every one of them, and I pray that God blesses them every day. And thank y'all so much.

I would really like to see the decorations come back in the oncology department. I went through chemo in that infusion center, and that was one of the only highlights to really, I mean, besides the staff, of course, but the decorations. That's what really pepped my spirit, especially on New Year's. and Halloween and Valentine's, all the major holidays, that was what kept my spirit going during chemo.
