It was my first visit there and from the moment I walked in the door, everybody was very polite. I was unsure where I was going and the lady at the desk helped me. And then the nurse that I had was so sweet and so nice. And then there was a resident that came in and I wish I could remember their names, but I do not. And then he was very sweet, very just, you know, getting the information and just very kind and everything. And then he went and got Dr. Higgins and Dr. Higgins came in and he was wonderful. So I just had an overall wonderful experience. And I hope that you can figure out what nurse I had and the resident that was working with him that day with Dr. Higgins and make sure you pass along that they were all very, very, very kind.

The nurse advocate forgot to give the lab request slip for my blood work to the lab so I sat in the lab waiting area for 30 minutes before my husband finally knocked on the lab door to ask when they were gonna take me back and the lab tech said she had never received a request and didn't know she had any mor patients. At that point in time, she took my sticker and called me back and did my lab work right away. That was it about 4:50 PM. Also the nurse advocate forgot to give me a brochure about wigs that she said she was going to give me. And the scheduler was not very helpful. When the date she gave me for a return visit did not work for me.
