Dr. Dinsmore was very knowledgeable and I like the way that he drew and displayed the information so that I could understand better. It was a lot of information. I just wish it was, you know, given sooner, but he was amazing. I would recommend him to anyone. Great job. Great doctor. Great staff. Thank you.

The change in allotted clinic time to 1/2 day is ridiculous. I arrived the requested 15 minutes early to a full waiting room of patients. I waited in the front waiting room for an hour before being taken to the back. I waited more than an hour in the patient room. I was at the appointment for 2.5 hours!!!! Dr. Dinsmore went from a full day clinic to 1/2 day clinic but he is still expected to see the same amount of patients. Whoever is his boss is sacrificing patient rights. I have other things to do with my time besides spending 2.5 hours in a doctor's office. I am more than satisfied with Dr. Dinsmore's qualifications and how he interacts with patients. GIVE HIM THE TIME TO DO HIS JOB WITHOUT A DOZEN PEOPLE SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM!!!

I love Dr Dinsmore. He is like a part of our family!!! He is Dutch a good hearted human!!! He listens and carefully examined me and has done all of my current needs due to a mastectomy years back!!! I have told everyone about him and given his name and the Wellstar # to his office!!! I don't know what I would do if he had been my surgeon!!! He has done a fantastic job with what he has had to work with!!! Thank you so much Sr Dinsmore for putting up with me!! You are truly a God sent!!! Sincerely!!

The wait time was ridiculous. I waited in that room for an hour to have a 17-minute conversation. I understand it was a consult, but that was just the wait time at Wellstar just ridiculous.

What happened to someone Answering the phone and transferring your call to speak to a person instead of sending you to someone who isn't going to answer your call anyway and want you to leave a message for no reason because they are not going to call you back anyhow!!!
