My "in person" appointment was suddenly changed to a phone call appointment, which never happened as they never called. I called back to find out what happened but was sent to a voicemail. Still- no response. I had a major injury, internal bleeding, lacerated spleen, and later had to go back to the ER to finally get someone to look at original scans to see broken ribs. YET NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE TO FOLLOW UP.
