From the time I had blood drawn to my visit with Dr. Kapil, it was awesome. The young lady that took my blood was fantastic!!! My veins are hard to find. But she was patient and it only took one stick of the needle. Just great!!!! Dr. Kapil is always great. She listens and gives great advice. It really feels like she cares!!

Dr. Kapil is excellent. She has a great bedside manner. She's compassionate. She's knowledgeable. She's never late into the room and she acts as though she has all the time in the world to talk with you about your issues. So I would recommend her. I have recommended her to numerous people in the community and my family members. My mother is 88. She sees her as well. She thinks the same thing about her. So she's great. You ought to hang on to her.

I think the doctor listens, but I don't think the exam for the diabetic checkup was very thorough at all, and that's my opinion.

After fasting for lab tests, they could not do the tests because the tech was getting off work at 3:00. I had to return the following day. Was given a time for lab work the folowing day at 10:45. Arrived at 10:30. Had to inquire at 11:00 about getting lab work. They didn't notify me that I could go to the lab. Guess I would be sitting in the lobby all day if I hadn't inquired.

Check in by MyChart was easy and the front office staff were nice and helpful. The nurses and doctors were professional and attentive. The lab staff are fantastic and nobody draws blood better than them. Overall a great experience for a doctor's visit.

They failed to give me the injection that was the sole reason for the visit. They were in too big of a hurry to get me out of the office because of a little alergy cough.

I would like to inform Wellstar corporation that the office was short staffed. The front office and the manager was filling in and you had one other girl upfront.. after my visit, I needed a handicap hanger and the girl that normally does it was not there because her hours are cut for budgeting purposes. I was a patient and a customer today and having shortage aging, and Staff is not customer friendly. I had to come back the next day to get the form filled out. It cost me time and gas. Wellstar should Real realize that it's patience are worth having a full staff on board . I also work at the hospital and we are short staffed there. Also when we need a sitter on my units we have to use the secretary, which is unsafe for the patient and Staffing because the secretaries are not trained to sit with violent and 1013 patients.. This is a safety concern that I've had for six months and it falls on deaf ears. We also are only allowed to have three care partners on the floor. This is a concern and a safety issue for all. It's not safe for all . Then corp wants great surveys from their patients . If there's not enough, Staff put on the schedule due to budgeting issues. That's a little hard to get. !
