Everyone from the front desk, nurse, provider, checkout, and lab technician were all so nice. I have been to larger Wellstar practices where I did not have the same experience. These people actually seem to like their job and working with the public.

I had to go through too many steps and talked to too many people and had to get a call back to even make an appointment to see the provider. This has never happened to me before.

Dr. Kapil and her staff are terrific. The office is organized and well run the support staff is friendly, and the clinical assistant was thorough and friendly. Really appreciate the quality of care and caring I receive there.

The only thing that I would say about my appointment was that I was not told to fast before I came for my blood work. So I had to come back the next day. And I think that that would have been something that could have been communicated so that I didn't have to come back two different days to fast before my physical so that I knew that. But that would be it.

But she was patient and it only took one stick of the needle. Just great!!!! Dr. Kapil is always great. She listens and gives great advice. It really feels like she cares!!
