Front office very friendly and helpful! MA was professional and pleasant. Dr. J was very thorough and a pleasure to talk to! The phlebotomist was the one who has drawn blood from me before!! She is the BEST??Don't ever let her leave!! Thank you all for a good experience

Some of the staff can be a bit abrupt, specifically regarding things that they know but I'm not sure why they think I should know. For instance, I need my bloodwork to be processed through a free standing facility, which I've mentioned several times, and it was still going to be processed through the hospital. I was "fussed" at for not telling them at the correct point in my visit. Since I'd already told several people, I thought maybe someone had noted it in my file.

Dr. Kapill has been my primary physician since she joined the practice. She also treats my 88 year old mother and my sister. I have recommended Dr. Kapill to many friends who are searching for a doctor that listens, doesn't rush appointments, and demonstrates compassion and genuine caring. The best way I can describe Dr. Kapill is she is like the family doctor many of us remember of 20-30 years ago. I trust her wholeheartedly.

I apologize that I didn't write down names but they all seemed to love their profession and that's is rare to see these days. Kudos to the entire team from checkin to checkout and also to Chan for doing a great job drawing my labs and to the male MA for a great job on my vaccine.
