I have been with this practice for more than thirty years. I wondered how I would feel about Dr. Kapil. Well, she is wonderful. She always ask me if there is anything I would like to talk about. I never feel rushed. She explains why she orders the tests she does. She explains trend lines of my tests. She seems sincerely interested in what I have to say. I trust Dr. Kapil. She is easy to talk to. Her nurse Erin is a gift. She, like Dr Kapil, is so considerate and compassionate. I have told all of my friends to try Dr Kapil. She always compliments me about something. I plan to stay with this practice because of Dr Kapil.

While my doctor and staff were quick and efficient on my visit, I can not say the same for the lab. There was no lab staff there and the doctors office had to track down the lab staff. The younger of the two lab people was not friendly or engaging at all. While the older lab person was kind, engaging and apologizing for their lateness and any inconvenience it may have caused. There were 7 or more patients stacked up at waiting. The older lab person working as fast as she could, while the younger lab person was on the computer, and using thier phone both in the lab room and out.

Erin took my blood pressure, etc and is so good in her role! So friendly. Dr. Kapil is so approachable. I appreciate that! I also had a great experience with getting my blood drawn. In and out! Love that doctor's office.
