Everything was wonderful. I wouldn't take my baby anywhere else. I love the staff and service.

Dr. Howie was great. My kid son's appointment was at 1 o'clock. I was told to be there at 12:45. We got there at 12:48 and we did not leave that office until 2:38. We were left waiting out in the lobby until probably 1:20, 1:25 when we had a 1 o'clock appointment. We had an appointment after that right next door ENT at 2:30. So we were late for that appointment. It was just a lot for a child to sit there for over two hours, you know, with nothing to do. So that was the only thing that I have a problem with is the timeliness and my child being seen and the length of the appointment.

The Dr that was supposed to perform my son's lip tie surgery did not have the paperwork with the hospital turned in to practice. The ped mentioned they did not know until he went to get the supplies to do the procedure, but at that point we had been left waiting in a room for over an hour at that point. This is not a mark on Dr. Howie

Rhythm was a great doctor. Dr. Howard was great. She understood my daughter. She got her to talk, and my daughter really don't communicate with others. She was very understanding. She got on my daughter level. She's just a great doctor. And we, I'm bringing all my other kids also to see her too.

Everyone was great especially the doctor & she wasn't or usual pediatrician so I love that. Nurses were super friendly when it came to drawing blood, they did an excellent job distracting her! So I'd have to say this last appt was one of the best I had & my daughter has been going here for over 2 years now. Great work!
