They were all so understanding and very helpful. I received much advice on how to help with my problem. I felt they all treated me with respect and did not make me feel like I was bothering them. Dr. Latif gave some very good advice on how to deal with my problem. Thank you

My care provider kept me waiting in a room for over 40 mins and this hasn't been the first time and then was acting dumb about what time my appt was. Plus, thisvprovider has cancelled my appts lots of times.She didn't give me info or my prescription I needed and her bed side manners weren't very nice. I am not returning to see her anymore.

This was my first visit at this practice & with Dr Latif. Everyone was pleasant, professional, & attentive. The same for Dr. Latif. She made me feel comfortable & took time to answer my questions & explain everything. I would definitely see her again. Given my experience I would be willing to consider other providers in the practice if necessary but Dr Latif is my first choice.

I'm thinking about leaving my doctor because she is focus too much on medications that not only my cardiology doctor and my EP specialist prescribe and approve. While she might not agree with their treatment, her job is to focus on my my lower 1/2 and not my heart. That is their job. If they want me and approve of me on a medication I don't want her input.

Getting through the office mgt red tape to finally book an appt was difficult, but ultimately figured out. Took me 3 phone calls to identify the root cause of why my RX wasn't refilled and an appt set up.

The front desk people and the nurses were great!!!! The Doctor was great also, however I wish she was specific on my next step in my care on my chart after she told me my test results. I had to message her on my chart on moving forward with my treatment.
