She was also very knowledgeable about the medications I am currently taking and gave clear, confident answers to all of my questions without being vague.

I was a half hour late due to heavy traffic. Everyone, including Dr. Shah, was very accommodating and made time to see me. Dr. Shah's assistant helped me resolve an issue I was having with my diabetic testing kit. They are the BEST!!

However, I do think it's terrible what Kenneth Hospital, WellStar, is doing to people about getting in touch with their doctors. It is so hard to get in touch with my doctor, the way it is set up, because I am legally blind and I cannot go on my chart. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

My first time experience at this Wellstar Facility and Dr. Shah and staff was very positive. Everyone was so professional and caring. Dr. Shah did a fantastic job in explaining what a thyroid/ parathyroid is, the functions and what to expect and her game plan. I really appreciated her concern, kindness and expertise. She is the subject matter expert and I do trust her, even after the first visit. I felt very comfortable with her caring for my needs. She also allowed me to ask questions and explained how to use the portal to help enhance my experience even more. I appreciated Dr. Shah giving me a summary of everything discussed afterward my first appointment and all of the instructions for labs, dates and expected times etc. That was a plus for me as well. I am very optimistic at this point. Thank you Dr. Shah and team!!
