The assistant was very pleasant and efficient. The doctor did everything that should be done on an annual visit. All in all, I was very satisfied with my exam.

Yeah, Dr. Delgado was pretty good. He went above and beyond and he's very knowledgeable about his field with physics. I was a psychiatric doctor.

I feel I should explain why I don't recommend this practice to others. The doctor is great. The experiences with this practice as a whole until today were great. But, I had originally scheduled this appointment for August 4th. However, my insurance policy couldn't be found, and the front desk gave me the choice of having the appointment under self-pay and then attempting to chase down my insurer for reimbursement or delaying the appointment. I chose to delay knowing how long it takes and how much legal action you have to threaten to get said reimbursement. The appointment was delayed almost two months to today as a result. It was a physical, so I fasted prior to the appointment. I show up on time at 1 PM, see the nurse and doctor, and then am whisked out 15 minutes later to the front desk. I questioned this, as a physical should include a blood draw and lab work, hence why I fasted. It was only then that I was informed this clinic does not have a lab tech in the afternoons, and that I would have to come back another day to get my blood work. This was never mentioned to me before, not when I rescheduled the appointment, and not before I spent all day not eating and feeling unwell as a result. And having to drive all the way back out for something that should have been done today on site is a massive waste of my time and frankly, an insult. If this practice cannot staff themselves minimally, then they should not be booking physicals for time slots when they don't have personnel on site to perform a physical. This is not standard practice on any planet I've ever visited, and why I will not be recommending this or frankly any other Wellstar affiliate. To be clear, the fault is not with the doctor. The fault is with office staff and probably the Wellstar system for allowing their facilities to be understaffed and still expect to bill my insurance. I am used to having my money wasted by the US healthcare system; I won't stand for having my time wasted as well.

I went, you know, to see why I had a nodule under my arm. You know, he told me epidermal cysts, which, okay, that's fine, but he didn't say anything else after that or anything about my chronic condition, nothing. He didn't even go over my health issue with me. But see, the Marriott office, like last time I went, was awesome. And they spoke about everything with me. They went over, made sure I didn't need any refills, everything made me feel comfortable. So I think I just like the Marriott office better, but the Cardisville's closer to me. I'll drive if I need to, but he just wasn't that nice in my last appointment.

I've been a patient of Dr.Delgado for a long time now. I'm most comfortable with him. He's fantastic, don't rush and truly cares. His staff are super professional and friendly! Love this office

My bp was elevated in triage & never checked again. The doctor was vague and did not answer my questions or prescribe anything to help with heartburn.

I feel I should explain why I don't recommend this practice to others. The doctor is great. The experiences with this practice as a whole until today were great. But, I had originally scheduled this appointment for August 4th. However, my insurance policy couldn't be found, and the front desk gave me the choice of having the appointment under self-pay and then attempting to chase down my insurer for reimbursement or delaying the appointment. I chose to delay knowing how long it takes and how much legal action you have to threaten to get said reimbursement. The appointment was delayed almost two months to today as a result. It was a physical, so I fasted prior to the appointment. I show up on time at 1 PM, see the nurse and doctor, and then am whisked out 15 minutes later to the front desk. I questioned this, as a physical should include a blood draw and lab work, hence why I fasted. It was only then that I was informed this clinic does not have a lab tech in the afternoons, and that I would have to come back another day to get my blood work. This was never mentioned to me before, not when I rescheduled the appointment, and not before I spent all day not eating and feeling unwell as a result. And having to drive all the way back out for something that should have been done today on site is a massive waste of my time and frankly, an insult. If this practice cannot staff themselves minimally, then they should not be booking physicals for time slots when they don't have personnel on site to perform a physical. This is not standard practice on any planet I've ever visited, and why I will not be recommending this or frankly any other Wellstar affiliate. To be clear, the fault is not with the doctor. The fault is with office staff and probably the Wellstar system for allowing their facilities to be understaffed and still expect to bill my insurance. I am used to having my money wasted by the US healthcare system; I won't stand for having my time wasted as well.

Yeah, Dr. Delgado was pretty good. He went above and beyond and he's very knowledgeable about his field with physics. I was a psychiatric doctor.

Do not like that you have to go to another town for labs and X-rays. Should have that in same city

The assistant was very pleasant and efficient. The doctor did everything that should be done on an annual visit. All in all, I was very satisfied with my exam.
