The staff were professional and friendly. They took time to listen to my concerns. My only negative comment is that I spent a great deal of time in the waiting areas & in the exam room. There was a long wait between labs and seeing the PA/NP/DR. I was there for 2+ hrs. Perhaps this is evidence of overbooking. Each time I have had an appt. this has been true.
