I switched from the Kennestone Marietta location to this new one in Cartersville because it is closer to my house. I just have to get used to the way they do things here vs how it was before. I thought the wait was long for a place that did not seem crowded at all, but it was okay overall.

The staff were professional and friendly. They took time to listen to my concerns. My only negative comment is that I spent a great deal of time in the waiting areas & in the exam room. There was a long wait between labs and seeing the PA/NP/DR. I was there for 2+ hrs. Perhaps this is evidence of overbooking. Each time I have had an appt. this has been true.
