Yes, I liked the way that I was taken to the back. I didn't have to wait all day. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. She did take time to answer questions. And I didn't, I value the part that I experienced today.

When I entered the office the receptionist greeted me very kindly and was very polite. She updated my records answered all of my questions and asked me did I have anything else that she could help me with. 10 out of 10 Stars The triage nurse was very polite and although I didn't talk to her very much she did ask me if I had any questions and I give her a 10 out of 10. Dr Kadam displayed a lot of care and she asked me a lot of questions, she listened to all of my answers very patiently. She allowed time for us to get to know my history of health. She was very warm, kind and gave me a lot of direct eye contact. I didn't do it but the feeling in my heart when I was done with my appointment was to give her a hug. That's the impression that she left on me. The impression that she cared and she took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. She gave me her strong opinions where I needed them the also came across very loving and kind. I'm very thankful that I came into her office today. I'm the kind of person that knows if I like somebody right away and that was the way that she made me feel.
