Had to make a co-pay today, which is unusual. I questioned it with the clerk at the desk and she assured me it was accurate. I paid it. But I think it's wrong. The comment tour was well. I know you'll make it right if I overpaid. I have both Medicare and TRICARE for life. The last time this happened was a couple years ago and it was wrong then also. I had a recent visit within WellStar and it was no co-pay. My wife had a recent visit with Wellstar and it was no co-pay. If I need to make a co-pay, I would've made it sooner than this visit.

I think Dr. Kadam and her staff are among the best at WellSTAR. Dr. Kadam is a great listener and practical and I always enjoy my interactions with her. Plus, she's really smart.

This message is not about Dr. Kadam. However, when I was a patient with Piedmont, my annual physical exam was covered 100% to include EKG, a 12-lead, also my blood work. So I'm hoping WellStar is not going to charge me extra for a 12-lead EKG and blood work.

You can most improve with caring, not just doing your job. She didn't care. She was just mainly just doing her job. And I went in there depressed, but I came out deeply depressed. And she couldn't say things way more better than what she says. instead of and word it in a better way. So no. I was going to get her to be my provider, but I don't know. I might get my blood work done from her, and I don't know, because I don't think I'm coming back. If I can find somebody else, I would. But maybe next time she'll be a little bit more concerning and word her things differently. And that's all I got to say. Thank you.
