The walls are strangely thin enough to hear conversations outside of the treatment room. I could hear the provider speaking to the tech about my care and it was off-putting to say the least to hear them talk about my results before coming into the room to share the results.

I sincerely trust Wellstar 100% with my Healthcare. I was surprised to hear that while I clicked on coughing and skin condition on my registry o line they only saw the skin condition item and said they could only treat 1 thing. She went ahead and treated both things as i have an upcoming 2 week trip and coughing or ear popping could be bad and blisters on my hands as well. This was never an issue before. Just an observation. Thanks for all you all do!!

The provider did not listen to me. I could barely understand her. I have had several good experiences at this location. However I will not see this provider again.

Everyone was great, the only thing is, I gave my information and all the details to the triage person and then when the NP came in, she didn't even know my name and had to tell her everything that I told the triage person. So why do the triage if the person who is coming in, didn't even look at the chat.

Okay, so I brought my son in on this weekend. I can't remember if it was Saturday or Sunday. I was seen pretty quickly. Was surprised at the price being the same for a two-year-old as an adult, which was a very high amount for self-pay. And I did not like the fact or think it was acceptable that it had to be paid in full, otherwise you wouldn't be seen. There was no billing. There was no scale or any other options than $220 for me then to not get anything but a flu A and B test and COVID. That was a waste of my time. He was having trouble breathing. It was told to me that he was fine.

Great staff. Antonique the receptionist was friendly and personable. Amanda the nurse sweet and easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns took great care of me while I was there. Last but not least the provider Rasheedah A Aderoju-Lbidunni, NP Attentive, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Medical problem was solved when I left. I had a full understanding of the necessary steps to take.
