Well, Dr. Hasan was very, very courteous. She was calm. She explained to me everything that's going on, all what my options are. And I'm very happy. The staff were nice. They were friendly. They made me feel at ease, at least the person that checked me in, and also the assistant, you know, that, you know, that took my blood pressure, and I was quite relaxed. And I'm very, very happy, you know, with Dr. Hasan.

I was a basket of nerves walking in and she immediately noticed and made me feel like everything would be okay. The bedside manner at this facility is amazing. Dr Hasan was very nice to work with and she made me feel like she really cares. She asked questions about my health that I never thought of, and identified another possible concern. I'm getting older so I'm taking my health a lot more seriously these days. The consultation exceeded my expectations today, I didn't know what to expect but after this visit I am more confident about any future visit going forward. Oh and check-in was easy and fast. The gentleman at the front.. I think his name is Eugene but he was awesome too. Thank you all!

Slowed down by an oxygen tank
For Billy, the simplest of movements became Herculean tasks. The man who loved tinkering in his garage found himself slowed down by an oxygen tank and dependent on his wife, Patty, to help him move it from room to room.
“I couldn’t walk 20 feet without the hose on my nose,” Billy said. “I couldn’t go from the living room to the kitchen without oxygen. That’s how bad it was.”
“I’d have to do five minutes’ worth of work—then catch my breath,” he remembered. “It took me a very long time to do anything. A project that would normally take an hour took two days. I had to sit dormant most of the time.”
Billy had managed this condition for years with prescription medication and pulmonary rehabilitation, but in the final months leading to his procedure, he had the impression that his life was fading with every gasp of air.
