My experience with this hospital was disappointing due to the doctor's behavior. She appeared visibly irritated, lacked patience, and made me feel rushed throughout the appointment. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, as if my presence was an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of care. This affected the quality of the visit and my confidence in the care provided. I would not recommend this doctor based on my experience.

During my visit, Dr. Hasan did not effectively listen and feel, I did not feel heard, I did not feel understood. She was so busy trying to just, it was more about speed and less about like understanding my problem and actually helping me come to a viable resolution. And she was dismissing me, talking over me, and it was very offensive to myself as well as my mother who was on the phone. And I just was not satisfied with the level of patient care. And if she was listening to understand versus listening to be understood, she would have rectified my issue, right? And I just was really surprised by her level of just like not, she's just very dismissive and talking over me. And that was not something that I appreciated.

Staff was friendly and prepared for our visit. Doctor appointment went extremely well. It was clear that Dr. Hasan had thoroughly reviewed my father's chart and that led to a very productive visit. Glad my Dad is her patient!

My experience with this hospital was disappointing due to the doctor's behavior. She appeared visibly irritated, lacked patience, and made me feel rushed throughout the appointment. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, as if my presence was an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of care. This affected the quality of the visit and my confidence in the care provided. I would not recommend this doctor based on my experience.

Slowed down by an oxygen tank
For Billy, the simplest of movements became Herculean tasks. The man who loved tinkering in his garage found himself slowed down by an oxygen tank and dependent on his wife, Patty, to help him move it from room to room.
“I couldn’t walk 20 feet without the hose on my nose,” Billy said. “I couldn’t go from the living room to the kitchen without oxygen. That’s how bad it was.”
“I’d have to do five minutes’ worth of work—then catch my breath,” he remembered. “It took me a very long time to do anything. A project that would normally take an hour took two days. I had to sit dormant most of the time.”
Billy had managed this condition for years with prescription medication and pulmonary rehabilitation, but in the final months leading to his procedure, he had the impression that his life was fading with every gasp of air.
