The lady at the front desk, which is the same lady that did it last visit, which I think was three months ago, asked for a co-pay. I believe it was $140 something dollars last month and this month, and I told her he doesn't have a co-pay. And she said, oh, that's okay, but they have their insurance on file. They have your information. So why she's asked for a co-pay two times and when I said he doesn't have one kind of confuses me.

Dr. Saghafi was very thorough and went over all my scans and explained everything and explained next steps as well. He was also my mom's Pulmonary doctor and we have a very high regard for Dr. Saghafi, I was really glad to now have him as my doctor.

Said I needed to get another scan of lungs before coming back in 6 months but they couldn't schedule it but I need schedule it now and gave me a phone number. When I called the number I was told that they only do preventative lung cancer checks and I didn't qualify and needed my order changed. I called Dr. Saghafi office got a voicemail saying leave message and we return your call within 24 hours and I never got a callback. Guess they don't know who I should call or don't care. I guess I'll have to make a trip back to Dr Saghafi's office if I want to continue with care.
