My doctor was very, very, very nice. He was a nice gentleman. He cares about his patients, and I would love for that doctor to give me a call. I would love to give him 100%. I love all Well-STAR doctors. I never had no problem with none of them, and I would recommend all Well-STAR doctors to everybody. I'm not going nowhere. I'm not going to Piedmont. I'm going to stay with WellCare. Thank you.

I didn't like the fact that what was said to me on a paid visit could have been put into my chart. The 352 visit was disappointing only to be told it isn't clear to give me an answer

Yes, you asked me about the doctor washing his hands. He didn't touch me. So there was no reason for him to wash his hands as far as on my behalf because he didn't touch me. He just basically explained my results. Thank you.

I always have good experience with the care. The billing folks could use some training to keep them from sending claims to the wrong insurer, then sending the balance to collection.

Even with it being so early in the morning, everyone was full on energy and welcoming! It woke me up and made me smile and gave my energy to continue with the rest of my day! It didn't feel like a doctor's appointment but more like coming to say hey to friends. Very professional without feeling like you are at the doctor's office!
