I arrived for my 2:30 appointment at 2:19. I didn't leave the office until 4:51 pm. The first part of the appointment (vitals and ultrasound) went great. I finished my first appointment at 330. My second app was at 3:00 and didn't start until after 4:15. I was disappointed by the wait time.

I understand that I was referred to a high risk doctor but I did not appreciate everything being spoken about as if it was high risk by the doctor. I also don't think it's appropriate for a doctor to say to a pregnant patient that there is a risk of stillbirth as this provider did to me. I did not enjoy the way this doctor spoke to me and I hope to never have to see her again.

They need to do better with the waiting time. My appointment was at 10:45am and I didn't see the provider until 45 plus minutes to see the provider. That is utterly ridiculous. It didn't seem as though they had enough supplies. They had to past around the tablets just to speak to the provider. Once the provider finally came on the provider was patched through to someone else before me. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous!!!
