When I was scheduling, it was very confusing as to whether I was supposed to come in or whether I was supposed to have a test. It was just several different answers I was getting. We got it straightened out, so everything's fine, but I would like a little bit more communication. When it got so confusing, I would have appreciated a phone call quicker than me having to ask for one to get it resolved.

I was offered new treatment possibilities for my osteoporosis, whereas my past physician did nothing, and this went on for probably 20 years. Now I've lost so much bone mass, and I have a curved, very curved spine. I'm so far gone, it's almost like I wish I had known you there 20 years ago. So I'm glad I'm there now and getting more help.
