More parking is needed it take to long to fine a spot and using valet is no better. When your doctor can only spend 15minute with you it's not good the doctors talk to fast don't listen to what you might be trying to tell them. Not a good felling when you have to start giving yourself shots everyday and the doctor does not order the supplies you need to make it happen it does not work we'll pharmacy tells you to call the doctor but there is no way to reach them no matter what you do not thru chart or phone makes you wonder why your seeing these doctors It's a shame how some older people who need help just don't get the help they need.

My concern is that the wait time is quite long to get to be seen. I had a 2 pm appointment and was not sent until almost 2:30 pm. The first time I went there I waited an hour and a half. The second again, long wait to be seen. Are they under staffed?

I arrived expecting a single appointment for the prescribed bone scan (xray) and arranged my schedule and transportation accordingly. Instead I sat through a 50 minute talk on aging and bones from a PA. And then I had to make and schedule a second appointment on an additional day for the requested bone scan xray. I'm not sure if I was supposed to be aware somehow that the appointment was not for a bone scan; if I missed that information, my apologies: I would've known to not make the PA visit and gone straight for the scan appointment with the letter from my doctor.
