From the time I walked into the practice, everyone was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable. I appreciate the doctor taking time to listen to me. I did not feel rushed. I had a great overall experience and I am very impressed with the practice.

I will definitely give all my positive feedback to friends and family because they did refill my prescription as I requested them and they answered all my questions. This was my first time seeing this doctor. Staff was kind, professional and very nice. The doctor was nice but at the end of the appointment she got up and was ready to walk out and I had a question. She didn't sit back down to make me feel she was listening which made me feel she was in a rush to get out. My follow up was made with the NP at her request. She didn't mention that to me or give any explanation. I hope my FU goes better.

Hi, while the visit with my doctor was fairly good and she just heard all my problems and was, you know, well, the appointment she gave me to conduct endocopy or further evaluation tests was extremely farther away and then three weeks wait time to do a test is not okay. So not acceptable as well while you are suffering from a certain condition and it's just hindering your daily activities. So I would expect sooner appointments for further tests. Thank you. Bye.
