I know it was a very hard day at this practice, but we had to wait almost 2 hours to see the doctor with NO explanation or apology from anyone at the front desk. I never wait that long to see ANY doctor. When we complained and said we were going to have to leave, the lady said then I will cancel your appointment. I asked her not to because it had taken me 3 weeks to see that doctor. I hope this was a ONE time occurrence. Now I am waiting for a surgery date and I wonder how long that will take !

The provider was very, very thorough, and he was very jovial, and he attended to me very politely and addressed all my concerns.

The clinic was superb; however, the moments after purchasing an item from the cafe downstairs, as I was in my wheelchair, I dropped my purchase, and there were several staff members standing around. I was flagging and saying "Help," however, no staff members would come over to help. I felt discriminated against until another patient came into the building and helped me obtain my purchase from behind the floor plant. I waited patiently for my ride and finished a few more errands that I had to complete.
