Dr. Prasad was very attentive and explained everything to me. My only problem is that I did send a question about the medication he recommended for me and about what I was taking. And I sent that message a day ago and I am still waiting for a reply from him and his office. That's my only problem.

I was a little concerned about driving so far from where I live and I started to ask for a referral closer to where I live. However, I am glad I did not; the supporting staff is super professional and friendly. The doctor asked many questions; he listens very attentive; he took his time answering my questions and he explained everything in great details!!! I totally appreciates doctors that demonstrates through their interaction with the patients that they take their profession seriously and seems to really cares and desires to help their patients; Dr Prasad Lakshminarasimhiah, seems to be that type of doctor. Thank you

I'm not happy that my procedure is delayed. It's not sent to my insurance for approval because I'm so much in pain I cannot walk. And I called the nurse in charge, she told me they have not sent the procedure to my insurance because they are waiting for somebody else to call me for evaluation. And the person has not called me up till now. I'm so much in pain. That is my only problem, my only concern. My insurance should be noted quickly so that I can have the procedure done in time. I'm suffering. I'm in so much pain I can't get up from bed. That is the only bad experience I have.

His medical assistant didn't show up, so he was trying his best, and I understand that, but the fact that there was no other medical assistant, or no one to back up, or no one to help really put a hamper on my ability to trust that provider being location, especially being in Biden Health Park when there's a million doctors.
