Dr. Prasad is great. The Surgery Center is phenomenal. I've never been treated any nicer and any more efficiently and effectively and professionally than I was at the Surgery Center. I am so impressed. I've tried to leave a rating for the Surgery Center, but haven't been able to, but please see to it they get this. And I love them. They do a great job and they're fantastic. Thank you.

And he showed much interest in trying to make sure that he could resolve my pain issues. And the nurses were very professional. I'd like to continue seeing this doctor at Pneumonics. I'm pretty sure he's very similar to me, and I hope he gets improved. He's a good doctor. I recommend him to anyone.

Check in and front desk for appointments is a mess. too many mistakes.

Yes, the whole process of going from a neurosurgeon to the actual pain clinic and then having the actual scheduling of your procedure is ridiculously too long. I don't know even if I should have met the neurosurgeon if the pain clinic guy was going to tell me the exact same thing, but now it's been, it's going to be three months since I've had the procedure. And so now I've got to deal with the pain for a whole another three months, well a whole another month. Thank you.
