Everyone was really great and professional and I even had to call the office and leave a message to get a doctor's note rewritten for the school because, well, one of my kids had to have a doctor's note for an elevator pass and they were super, super receptive. I like actually quicker than the school was. So it was awesome.

The check-in and check-out process was frustrating! There was not adequate space for each individual provider. The countertop space for the patient sign in was too cramped and did not provide adequate privacy! Please restructure this space to provide a different space for patients. I don't want to wait in a line, only to discover that I'm in the wrong line and need to wait again!!! The NP was excellent, however! Mr. Lim was personable, patient, knowledgeable, hands-on, and a joy to work with! Only to return to the lobby for check-out and told that we were waiting in the wrong line! Geez!?

From the moment we checked in we had the absolute best patient care. I can't remember the two young lady's that checked us in and out but they were so kind, friendly and helpful. My son's nurse Jennifer was amazing as well, she was so thoughtful and really took time talking with him and getting all the health info. My son's NP was wonderful as well. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and also took the time to talk with us about his condition. This was our first time to the Hiram office and I was very impressed. The only downside is the parking which has nothing to do with this Practice. Thank you all for your kindness and excellent care!

Our visit went extremely well. My daughter was extremely satisfied and she loves the doctor. The only reason why I gave it a one on hand washing and like sanitation or whatever is because it wasn't needed. And that's the only reason why I got a one. But other than that, our overall experience was and still is a great one. And I would recommend him and his practice to anyone because of the professionalism in the care that's given. It seems more like we're family instead of a patient so. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
