The entire staff was very professional and polite from the Check-in process with Jessica to Sydney assistance along with the Dr. Poh was Amazing I felt valued and appreciated. This is the type of services that keeps me choosing well star you might sometimes forget what people say but many times you will never forget how someone made you feel. A huge Thank You to everyone for treating my son's care I appreciate you for Everything.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a welcoming, friendly smile from Jessica and she was so sweet and offered us coloring supplies to pass the time until we were called back. All staff members in the back Sue, Maiyah and Kennedy were friendly, kind and patient. Sue was amazing with my son and made him feel comfortable during the X-rays. Poh was amazing and had amazing bedside manner. You can tell everyone working truly enjoys what they do !

There was a miscommunication about the appointment. Once we saw the provider he quickly corrected it but initially the issue we were being seen for was NOT what we scheduled for. Not sure if the person making the appointment was confused or the wrong code was selected for the appointment.
