Excellent! The Doctor was caring. He took time to explain to me my medical problem and also explained what it is that could be done to ameliorate or avert the situation such as lifestyle changes. He educated me as possible root causes of the issue. He also made sure he made a plan of care such as the need for more assessment to determine the next steps to treatment.

Dr. Oppong-Twene actually read my chart and reviewed all of my tests before my exam and gave me plenty of time to ask all my concerns and questions. He explained in very simple terms what was going on with my body and was extremely nice and professional. Everyone from the Receptionist, Nurse, Scheduling and Checkout were very polite and professional. A very positive and great appointment.
