Loved that the doctor listened with much concern and also took the time to show me a chart explaining how the acid in our stomach works and he will do the upper GI with a scope. I felt very comfortable with what he was saying. The nurse Assistant who took my vitals was VERY friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

My appointment was at 2:15 and I did not get called back until about 2:45. The doctor said in his report that my reflux was under control and it's quite OUT OF CONTROL so I'm not sure who he was listening to.

He educated me as possible root causes of the issue. He also made sure he made a plan of care such as the need for more assessment to determine the next steps to treatment.
