From check in to check out, l was treated with curtiousy and professionalism. Monica, FOS, greeted me with a friendly hello, checked me in for my appointment and with a smile scanned records from an outside GI provider to my chart for Dr. Oppong-Twene to review for my appointment. She also cheerfully scheduled an appointment for my husband. Sandra, CMA promptly called me back to room me for the visit. She greeted me with a smile, washed her hands and informed of what she was going to do while obtaining pertinent information, including taking my vital signs. She was friendly and polite. Dr. Oppong-Twene greeted me with a smile shook my hand after he used hand sanitizer then sat down on the stool and asked me to tell him what my GI concern was. He listened, then asked questions. Each time he listened to my responses. He allowed me to discuss my concerns and recapped what we agreed as a course of care. He made sure all my questions and concerns where addressed before leaving the room. Sandra, CMA came back to the exam room and reviewed the prep for the procedures that were going to be scheduled, asked if l had any questions and advised me to wait in the exam room for Stephanie who will schedule my procedures. Stephanie, the Scheduler was also professional and polite. Reviewed all instructions for the procedures scheduled and asked if l had any questions. This was a good experience. I have already recommend this practice to my friends.
