App't. time was right on time. Everyone was cheerful, helpful & informative. Dr. Trottier was great to discuss my concerns having helpful advice & a plan of action for solutions.

They need to straighten out for WellStar employees the use of a like Kennestone Pharmacy on my, the doctor said on my epic thing it shows a whole bunch of medicines that I'm definitely covered for, but it was showing that I wasn't covered for and it's insane and crazy for that to continue. I've been a 15-year WellSTAR employee. This ought to be straightened out. It's part of my frustration with the practice. Actually, I don't know if they've yet corrected when you call the practice hours that it says what time the business hours are to call back. They hadn't corrected that since 2019. I don't know if that's done. Dr. Trottier is very thorough, patient, listens well. I both enjoy him, respect him, and value his input for my health care. Thank you.

It would be nice if when I was actually sick, I didn't have to go to one of these pop-up clinics and I could actually get in to see my doctor. So I don't understand why y'all don't give them each sometime during the day for those emergency visits. Thanks.
