I had a great visit with Dr. Trottier via the phone. I had a follow-up question the next day, sent it to his nurse or sent it through MyChart. The nurse had no idea what I was talking about and kind of blew me off and it was totally inappropriate. So I didn't like that. But Trottier was wonderful. Thank you.

I really trust the physician. I'm tired of the nurse being cavalier. She can't measure my height, didn't do the weight accurately. And I'm tired of how difficult it is to get 90-day supplies of medication consistently. And I do use the Wellstar Pharmacy at Kennestone, which is great when they get the right prescriptions. I still think there's a big disconnect between what constitutes a physical appointment versus a regular appointment. Thank you.
