My prescriptions were all set for years till the new policy came in January this year. New policy required that I come in physically for an appointment to get my prescriptions refilled. This proved to be an inconvenience as a physical appt with my job made it difficult.

Dr. Trotier is very helpful. He asks any questions that you ask of him. The nurse is also very helpful and she's also talks funny to you and you enjoy being in the room with her. She takes your weight and tells you how much it is and it just makes it for an enjoyable visit every time.
