About Paul Guichard, DO
A native of California, Dr. Guichard graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a major in biochemistry and cell biology. He received his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He completed his residency and both general cardiology and interventional fellowships at the University of Cincinnati. Dr Guichard was also on faculty at the University of Cincinnati as a Clinical Instructor.
He is board certified in both cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. Special interests include acute coronary syndromes, heart failure, and preventative cardiology. Dr Guichard is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and is on staff at Wellstar Kennestone hospital.

Dr. Guichard is fine. I love being able to go to the Stonebridge location in Towne Lake inside of having to go to that zoo in Marietta. I see both Dr. Guichard and Dr. Piedad in Towne Lake now.

He answers my questions thoroughly. He gives good counsel. His counsel and care have lengthened my life and improved the quality of my life. I am very grateful for him. I wish Dr. Guichard would have spent a little time discussing potential heart issues. For example I said I wonder how my heart plaque situation is and didn't get a response. He prescribed a heart ultrasound but didn't say if it would show potential plaque issues.

Dr Guichard has taken care of my heart and the hearts of all my family. His careful monitoring of my heart led to the removal of a dangerous aneurysm and aortic valve replacement. He continues to closely monitor my heart which gives me a sense of peace that my heart is in very good hands.
