I came in from an appointment which is three hours away from where I live. I made that aware to the office however had a referral to have an x-ray on my ankle which was done, but also my knee was supposed to have an x-ray as well and that was not done. I brought that to the attention, but it was never done that. That's my only concern.

It wasn't a good experience. He told me everything Dr. Google already told me. Pretty much dismissed me with "call us if you need anything else." Gave me some paperwork of things to do and get. After I told him, this has been going on for over a year. And after I told time I got new tennis shoes, wraps for my feet. He advised me to take inflammatory medication Moxicam. But didn't and hadn't called it in. Only thing they did that I hadn't did was xray. You don't have to worry about me coming back. Thanks but no thanks!

I really liked Patrick Grimm. I would also like to recognize Jasmine at the front desk at Orthopedics on Wheeler Road. Extremely friendly and efficient. To be honest, reception is a weak point at most of your facilities, for example the reception at Pendleton was a D, so Jasmine was a breath of fresh air. A+++

Very nonchalant no good bed size manner, and was very rude cutting off my sentences and when the visit was done He didn't even let me know that I was finished. The only way I knew I stuck my head out the door and ask the nurse was I finished she replied back. Let me ask the doctor and then he said yes. I will never go back there and want refer nobody to see Dr Grimm ?
