The only issue that I had is that we were asked to come in 15 mins early to the appointment (an early morning apptmt) and they took us back more than 30 mins late and we did not see our doctor until an hour after our appointment time. Our doctor and nurse were fantastic but the scheduling is unacceptable. Young kids should not be expected to wait for more than an hour in an office. And while I love our pediatrician, this made me question if we should look for another office. If this continues to be an issue, we will reconsider using Wellstar.

I waited an hour and I never received a call back. I called again and was waiting for someone to answer for another 20 minutes. When the scheduler answered, she said I had to talk to a triage nurse and put me on hold for another 35 minutes. This is ridiculous.

The first medical assistance approached me in an unprofessional manner asking questions about my child in a way that I just told him I would discuss it with the dr. The second assistance gave my son his shorts and he couldn't walk the next day. We to administer pain relief typical and oral. He spiked a fever the next day. He could not return back to daycare as we planned. I felt because she was behind with her patients she was rushing, even though she was nice she was not gentle and cause my son pain. Physician is great , staff not so much. Who wants to deal with that

Yes, my child is on the spectrum and she was having a really difficult day and the doctor was really good with her, the nurses was really good with her. When she took off running through the halls because she was a little overstimulated, they was there to help me because I had injured my own foot, but they were there to help me while she was being herself and I am so very appreciative of it and I'm appreciative of all of them and the staff there. They were awesome. Thank you.

Checking in was challenging because the copay quoted in person was drastically different than what I was texted before the appt.

The office was great. The nurse or medical assistant, she was great. And of course, Dr. Wolfe is always fantastic. She is a 10 by far our most favorite doctor and my kids. She's great. She's a great listener. You never feel rushed with her. You always feel like she's listening and she's just the best. So highly recommend Dr. Wolfe always. Thanks.

I was attempting to book a sick visit for my son. I called and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, took the option that I would receive a call back and keep my place in line. I waited an hour and I never received a call back. I called again and was waiting for someone to answer for another 20 minutes. When the scheduler answered, she said I had to talk to a triage nurse and put me on hold for another 35 minutes. This is ridiculous.

Dr. Wolfe is phenomenal. She takes her time with my children and explains everything. Her nurse was amazing as well.

Dr. Wolfe always listens, follow-ups, and makes sure I understand and am settled with any of my concerns.

The only issue that I had is that we were asked to come in 15 mins early to the appointment (an early morning apptmt) and they took us back more than 30 mins late and we did not see our doctor until an hour after our appointment time. Our doctor and nurse were fantastic but the scheduling is unacceptable. Young kids should not be expected to wait for more than an hour in an office. And while I love our pediatrician, this made me question if we should look for another office. If this continues to be an issue, we will reconsider using Wellstar.
