On this particular visit, Dr. Wolfe's nurse was not there for some reason, I'm not sure, but Dr. Wolf came out to the waiting room to get us, to bring us back, and she took my son's vital signs and all of the measurements that were needed. She helped him with the eye exam and the hearing exam that he needed for his physical and then took us back and did all of the things that the nurse would have typically done. And I really appreciated the extra effort instead of her making us wait until her nurse did arrive. She just took care of it herself, which was great. And we love Dr. Wolff.

Everything was great except that we were seen pretty late. I don't think we got called back. My appointment was 9:30, arrived at 9:15. We didn't get called back until almost 10. We didn't get seen until almost 10:30. It's just hard with a sick kid to be waiting around, and it was like over his nap time, and blah, blah, blah. And that's all.

The only issue that I had is that we were asked to come in 15 mins early to the appointment (an early morning apptmt) and they took us back more than 30 mins late and we did not see our doctor until an hour after our appointment time. Our doctor and nurse were fantastic but the scheduling is unacceptable. Young kids should not be expected to wait for more than an hour in an office. And while I love our pediatrician, this made me question if we should look for another office. If this continues to be an issue, we will reconsider using Wellstar.

I waited an hour and I never received a call back. I called again and was waiting for someone to answer for another 20 minutes. When the scheduler answered, she said I had to talk to a triage nurse and put me on hold for another 35 minutes. This is ridiculous.

The first medical assistance approached me in an unprofessional manner asking questions about my child in a way that I just told him I would discuss it with the dr. The second assistance gave my son his shorts and he couldn't walk the next day. We to administer pain relief typical and oral. He spiked a fever the next day. He could not return back to daycare as we planned. I felt because she was behind with her patients she was rushing, even though she was nice she was not gentle and cause my son pain. Physician is great , staff not so much. Who wants to deal with that

Yes, my child is on the spectrum and she was having a really difficult day and the doctor was really good with her, the nurses was really good with her. When she took off running through the halls because she was a little overstimulated, they was there to help me because I had injured my own foot, but they were there to help me while she was being herself and I am so very appreciative of it and I'm appreciative of all of them and the staff there. They were awesome. Thank you.

Yes, my child is on the spectrum and she was having a really difficult day and the doctor was really good with her, the nurses was really good with her. We love Dr. Wolfe. She has remained a tried and true provider for all of my children over the years. I wish it was a bit easier to make appointments-especially sick visits. I am put in a pinch when it takes more than 24 hours to swab for strep throat.

Dr Wolfe is very personable and sets my children at ease. She is very cognizant of our time and while she listens carefully and answers questions thoroughly, she also keeps things moving along so we don't have too much time waiting, if possible. I appreciate her attention to details and concerns for my children's physical as well as emotional needs. We've been extremely pleased with Dr Wolfe over the years and continue to be so!

The first medical assistance approached me in an unprofessional manner asking questions about my child in a way that I just told him I would discuss it with the dr. The second assistance gave my son his shorts and he couldn't walk the next day. We to administer pain relief typical and oral. He spiked a fever the next day. He could not return back to daycare as we planned. I felt because she was behind with her patients she was rushing, even though she was nice she was not gentle and cause my son pain. Physician is great , staff not so much. Who wants to deal with that

I was attempting to book a sick visit for my son. I called and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, took the option that I would receive a call back and keep my place in line. I waited an hour and I never received a call back. I called again and was waiting for someone to answer for another 20 minutes. When the scheduler answered, she said I had to talk to a triage nurse and put me on hold for another 35 minutes. This is ridiculous.

The only issue that I had is that we were asked to come in 15 mins early to the appointment (an early morning apptmt) and they took us back more than 30 mins late and we did not see our doctor until an hour after our appointment time. Our doctor and nurse were fantastic but the scheduling is unacceptable. Young kids should not be expected to wait for more than an hour in an office. And while I love our pediatrician, this made me question if we should look for another office. If this continues to be an issue, we will reconsider using Wellstar.

Everything was great except that we were seen pretty late. I don't think we got called back. My appointment was 9:30, arrived at 9:15. We didn't get called back until almost 10. We didn't get seen until almost 10:30. It's just hard with a sick kid to be waiting around, and it was like over his nap time, and blah, blah, blah. And that's all.

On this particular visit, Dr. Wolfe's nurse was not there for some reason, I'm not sure, but Dr. Wolf came out to the waiting room to get us, to bring us back, and she took my son's vital signs and all of the measurements that were needed. She helped him with the eye exam and the hearing exam that he needed for his physical and then took us back and did all of the things that the nurse would have typically done. And I really appreciated the extra effort instead of her making us wait until her nurse did arrive. She just took care of it herself, which was great. And we love Dr. Wolff.
