The medical assistant seemed a little inexperienced. We appreciated that Dr. Wolfe asked if her student could come in. Normally I am in full support of the learning experience, but my son was uncomfortable with it and his opinion was respected.

The receptionist who checked us in was SO friendly and nice. What a wonderful and positive first interaction. My kids love and trust Dr. Wolfe. She has been their pediatrician since birth. It is a drive for us to see her, but well worth it!!

My comment is basically on having a 7:45 appointment, which I believe was the first appointment, and having to wait until 8:30 to be seen. That was a very long wait time for the first appointment of the morning. Other than that, everything else went well. Thank you.

Hi, I had a great experience with my provider. Unfortunately, on this visit, we just had a bit of a wait before we were seen. I think we waited about half of an hour from the time of our arrival and check-in until we were seen by the doctor.

I would recommend telling new parents what to bring to the first appointment outside of just the hospital discharge paperwork. Things such as a diaper bag, blanket, etc. that brand new parents might not even think of because it's a whole new world for them!

I really appreciated Dr. Wolfe's manner, attentiveness, and that she didn't rush our appointment. She thoroughly reviewed past information and got us a referral in place. As long as the office faxes our information to the referred doctor as requested, I will be extremely satisfied. I would definitely like to see Dr. Wolfe in the future for my children's annual needs.

The nurse who triaged us took my son to get his vitals which was very helpful- also she helped carry my car seat as I brought my son and newborn back to the room. Also gave him a sticker, overall the nurse who got us ready to see the doctor was so nice and thoughtful especially with my hands full. It www a very long wait; about 50 minutes I do wish someone updated us on the delay
