today is the first time that I've seen Patricia Barrett and I was very impressed with her as a nurse practitioner. She was very thorough and went over everything in my medical history and went over what test and things that I need to have done still and I just feel like she covered everything and I felt good when I left there plus the lab technician that drew my blood was awesome too she got it with the first stick, very awesome.

Her nurse was very kind and took time his to listen to me. He took his time and never made me feel that he did not have enough time. It is so rarely that medical staff really listen to you. It is such a pleasure to be a patient at Villa Rica.

Evidently I remain confused on why or how a GP can't continue to prescribe medication a specialist has prescribed for my maintenance. It says online that a GP can. Considering a GP tends to bits of all things health and POTS is an incurable condition, the maintenance being kept on the medication should be common sense. My doctor was well mannered, attentive, respectful, and considerate. Her level of care is going beyond expectations, considering she doesn't see herself as qualified to handle me. She's looking into a potential avenue, so that I may get the level of care she believes I need. I stress again, this is a matter over affordability and the front desk person I spoke with when making the appointment assured me that my situation was understandable and that I'd be able to continue to get the medication I unfortunately can't go without (death). Perhaps both the receptionist and myself were mislead.

I would like to say that I am very disappointed with my experience. The workers were nice don't get me wrong but the fact that I went in for a physical and had literally nothing done. They said I have to go to a different clinic to get my bloodwork done. You also have to go to a different clinic to get tested. I would have just made an appointment at the other clinic if I had known. Some of us are busy and cannot go to multiple places. It should all be provided as one clinic. It's just ridiculous.

I thought I was going for a physical, but was told that it would not be a physical due to. I had had one recently so I was a lonely allowed to talk about two or three things and we did discuss those things in a good way goodly way, but yeah, there were other things I needed to discuss But overall I would give her a good grade. She was intentional and she kept her mind right on what we were talking about which I did appreciate.

I am so thankful for Dr. Barrett! She was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me going over everything and my health concerns. She explains everything and why she is asking the question or why a certain vaccine or procedure is needed. She is thorough in her examine and I really appreciate being heard. Everything I talked about she asked questions to make sure she understood exactly what I was saying which I appreciated. She didn't just assume she knew what I meant. Her bedside manner is pleasant and down to earth with a bit of humor so you feel like you are talking with a friend and it doesn't feel clinical. She didn't dismiss any of my concerns and addressed each one. I feel like I'm in good hands with her care and expertise. My husband actually saw her first and was so impressed he told me I should see her. He was right. Her nurse was very pleasant and sweet as well. She asked a good bit of questions also and made sure my blood pressure was taken accurately. She also didn't jab my tongue when taking my temperature. I know that is crazy to talk about but I can't tell you the amount of times I had a sore tongue from getting my temp taken and too much pressure being applied. Sometimes the small things are equally important as the big. I really appreciate the care I received. I feel like they care about their patients genuinely and that I wasn't just another number in a chart.

I was greeted very friendly by Ms. Linda at the front desk, very kind and considerate and told me what all I needed to do. And then I met Mr. James, and he was especially an MA, and me and him discussed my past medical history, and he was very concerned, and made the, you know, just the time not so expanse. I am so thankful for Dr. Barrett! She was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me going over everything and my health concerns. She explains everything and why she is asking the question or why a certain vaccine or procedure is needed. She is thorough in her examine and I really appreciate being heard. Everything I talked about she asked questions to make sure she understood exactly what I was saying which I appreciated. She didn't just assume she knew what I meant. Her bedside manner is pleasant and down to earth with a bit of humor so you feel like you are talking with a friend and it doesn't feel clinical. She didn't dismiss any of my concerns and addressed each one. I feel like I'm in good hands with her care and expertise. My husband actually saw her first and was so impressed he told me I should see her. He was right. Her nurse was very pleasant and sweet as well. She asked a good bit of questions also and made sure my blood pressure was taken accurately. She also didn't jab my tongue when taking my temperature. I know that is crazy to talk about but I can't tell you the amount of times I had a sore tongue from getting my temp taken and too much pressure being applied. Sometimes the small things are equally important as the big. I really appreciate the care I received. I feel like they care about their patients genuinely and that I wasn't just another number in a chart.

I thought I was going for a physical, but was told that it would not be a physical due to. I had had one recently so I was a lonely allowed to talk about two or three things and we did discuss those things in a good way goodly way, but yeah, there were other things I needed to discuss But overall I would give her a good grade. She was intentional and she kept her mind right on what we were talking about which I did appreciate.

Dr Barrett is the ONLY Dr I've went to that has shown care since I have been retired, 11years. I am thankful I finally found her. I hope she stays as that is what I've experienced in the past, they leave and I'm on my own to pick someone else. I'm very thankful for Dr Barrett nurse practitioner.

I would like to say that I am very disappointed with my experience. The workers were nice don't get me wrong but the fact that I went in for a physical and had literally nothing done. They said I have to go to a different clinic to get my bloodwork done. You also have to go to a different clinic to get tested. I would have just made an appointment at the other clinic if I had known. Some of us are busy and cannot go to multiple places. It should all be provided as one clinic. It's just ridiculous.

Evidently I remain confused on why or how a GP can't continue to prescribe medication a specialist has prescribed for my maintenance. It says online that a GP can. Considering a GP tends to bits of all things health and POTS is an incurable condition, the maintenance being kept on the medication should be common sense. My doctor was well mannered, attentive, respectful, and considerate. Her level of care is going beyond expectations, considering she doesn't see herself as qualified to handle me. She's looking into a potential avenue, so that I may get the level of care she believes I need. I stress again, this is a matter over affordability and the front desk person I spoke with when making the appointment assured me that my situation was understandable and that I'd be able to continue to get the medication I unfortunately can't go without (death). Perhaps both the receptionist and myself were mislead.

Patricia Barrett took her time to listen to me. I never felt rushed. She really cared and wanted to help me feel better. I trust her completely and will never change providers. Her nurse was very kind and took time his to listen to me. He took his time and never made me feel that he did not have enough time. It is so rarely that medical staff really listen to you. It is such a pleasure to be a patient at Villa Rica.

today is the first time that I've seen Patricia Barrett and I was very impressed with her as a nurse practitioner. She was very thorough and went over everything in my medical history and went over what test and things that I need to have done still and I just feel like she covered everything and I felt good when I left there plus the lab technician that drew my blood was awesome too she got it with the first stick, very awesome.

Very good doctor. Is very professional and listens, but also shows empathy. Cares about regulations but is very helpful. The staff at front desk and medical assistants listen and are very friendly. Good place to get care in my opinion.
