Amy was a joy with helping me understand the next location I woukd need to go to and provided an address and map.

I loved that she took a ton of time to get to know me and listen to my concerns. I feel like I got 3 visits worth in my one visit with her! She did ask about but didn't pressure me to get any vaccines I didn't want. Absolutely the best doctors visit I've had in my life!

The only negative part of my experience at the Villerick office was it didn't seem to be very busy there, but yet I didn't see my nurse practitioner until 20 minutes after my appointment time. So just a lack of punctuality was the only negative. Other than that, it was a great visit.

My experience with this office and team has always been excellent. Patricia especially stands out-she is so personable, warm, and easy to talk to. She listens to all of my complaints and never makes me feel rushed or unheard. It's comforting to have someone who truly takes the time to understand what I'm dealing with. I'm grateful for the care I receive every visit.

Two things stuck out to me. I was given medication to take but it was not given to me in a med cup. The staff brought it to me already out of the packaging and in the palm of their bare hand. The 2nd thing was that my blood was drawn but it was not labeled in front of me.
