The only negative part of my experience at the Villerick office was it didn't seem to be very busy there, but yet I didn't see my nurse practitioner until 20 minutes after my appointment time. So just a lack of punctuality was the only negative. Other than that, it was a great visit.

She listens to all of my complaints and never makes me feel rushed or unheard. It's comforting to have someone who truly takes the time to understand what I'm dealing with. Two things stuck out to me. I was given medication to take but it was not given to me in a med cup. The staff brought it to me already out of the packaging and in the palm of their bare hand. The 2nd thing was that my blood was drawn but it was not labeled in front of me.
