He talks waaaaaaaaaaay too much!! I always wait more than hour and a half!! Today my appointment was at 8:45 he didn't come into the room until 9:37 AM!!! I wait 20 minutes in the waiting area, the rest it's in the back. I can hear him talking about everything under the sun!! He's a good dr, however he has got to quit with all the side conversations!!

Monique at the front desk did an outstanding job with checking me and she answered my questions. Her customer service is always amazing. Taylor did a good job with updating my EPIC information and taking my vitals. I was pleased to see how she helped me tracked my most recent medication. As for Dr. Pratibhu, he goes above and beyond to make sure he answers all of my questions, and I am forever grateful how he doesn't make me feel rushed to go the next patients. He has excellent bedside manners which have become loss on many physicians. Thanks Dr. P, Taylor, and Monique for making this a great visit and experience.

Yes, those young ladies up front were very courteous, very nice, and the doctor was, I was actually surprised how long he stayed in the room with me and asked me a lot of questions about my issue. It seems like a lot of doctors nowadays just get you in and out, but he really took his time and listened to me, and I appreciate that. Thank you.

With my epilepsy it's my illness the Dr is trying to stop with medication it's just frustrating to me that my body doesn't want to work with the medicines the Dr is doing everything he can possibly do it's just a hard thing to do with Day by day not being able to get my disability now I'm going to have to go back to forty hours on my job and with being diagnosed with Refractory epilepsy it's a hard thing to live & go day by day not knowing when the seizures are going to be hitting me but the Dr is doing everything that he possibly can & I highly appreciate his caring about my illness
