This doctor is the absolute best. He goes out of his way to properly diagnose every single issue that you have. He also goes out of his way to make sure the medications prescribed are within your budget and your insurance accepts them. If your insurance does not, he will work really, really hard to be sure that you get exactly what you need to be able to be successful on your journey. Truly the best doctor I have ever seen for cluster migraine headaches. He is beyond phenomenal. Truly, truly the best.

I had to make appointment to get my appeal for prior authorization for prescription Nurtec but I haven't heard from the doctor and prior authorization appeal has not been submitted to my insurance.

Great experience throughout my visit. Hope it will be this way every time. The only downfall is that it is so hard to get in with him within a timely matter. I to completely change my schedule and miss work bc he is booked up way in advance so me needing a Monday appointment within 3 mths out is not an option. Having to miss work on a very busy day (Friday) bc that's the closest day he had a slight availability . He's very limited on getting in with him. Which I can see why if he is this way every time with his patients

Well starting from front , the younger front desk person seemed like reflecting somewhat careless with either less knowledgeable or delibrate avoidance behavior,unless her supervisor heard & quickly tried guiding her,still her behavior remained casual. Upon checking out, she didn't gave me the printed prescription for MRI, neither she bothered to ask. I wanted if I can get a transfer , she said she will call back but I did not receive any calls do far .

This office as a whole were amazing! The lady at check in was very friendly and kind and had the sweetest smile and demeanor. Yvette who roomed me was the best! She sympathized with what I was going through and kept checking on me and my family that came to support me. The doctor was very knowledgeable and really took the time to answer all our questions and concerns and made me feel like my situation was well addressed and that he is truly doing everything possible to get to the bottom of the problem. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a neurologist. I look forward to continuing working with this office. I will gladly drive the hour and a half to go back to this office! Best experience in healthcare I've had in a while!
