The ability to reach anyone is extremely bad. I had two specialists reach out to get a sooner appointment than 10 weeks. I dropped off a Brain CY scan that even my general practitioner is very concerned about. When I dropped off the CT scan radiologist's report, which noted a potential stroke, I was told that the information would be given to the doctors care team. I left two follow up messages to try to get a brain mri done before meeting with doctor. No response. 3rd time, person told me that the practice does not write for any procedures until the doctor physically sees the patient. Fortunately, my general practitioner ordered a brain MRI and I was able to have results for meeting with doctor. If someone had bothered to pick up the phone and tell me the policy about no procedures without seeing doctor first, then I could at least have saved my time and had the MRI done without creating huge stress and disruption in my life. I appreciate Dr Pratibhu. taking so much time with me. He was great. The rest of the staff and policies failed me. Is this the kind of patient treatment that Wellstar is proud of? I have exceptionally good interactions with my other Wellstar groups.

I absolutely love my doctor and I love everyone that works in the office. The nurses and the front desk are amazing. The only things that I would say to improve upon are the ability to call into the office because most of the time the phone number doesn't work or doesn't get answered. And also the time turnaround for prior authorizations can be extremely frustrating because it's impossible to call to get update statuses. And I've been waiting for my medication for quite some time. So that would be the only thing I would say you guys could improve upon.

This doctor is the absolute best. He goes out of his way to properly diagnose every single issue that you have. He also goes out of his way to make sure the medications prescribed are within your budget and your insurance accepts them. If your insurance does not, he will work really, really hard to be sure that you get exactly what you need to be able to be successful on your journey. Truly the best doctor I have ever seen for cluster migraine headaches. He is beyond phenomenal. Truly, truly the best.
