But I've never had a doctor ask me what he wanted me to do because he didn't like pushing things on people, which I can appreciate, but I needed more information for a doctor to ask me what I wanted to do after he gave me a few options and not saying why he felt like the reason was, was it the cost? I just have never asked for a doctor asking me what I wanted. I would have preferred he told me.

Difficult if not impossible to contact them via phone. Calls made were either busy signal or placed on hold for extremely long periods with out ever being answered. Had to visit the office to set up my initial appointment.

The wait time to see the provider is ridiculous. Every single time I go...I wait over an hour to sometimes 3 hours past my appt time to be seen. It is annoying, frustrating and honestly a waste of time. There needs to be better time management and there need to be accountability for making a patient wait that long
