My appointment was scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. I was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment time, so I arrived at 11:15 a.m. I did not see the doctor until 12:54 p.m., waiting more than 90 minutes from the time I was told to arrive until the time when I finally saw the physician. I was forced to sign a form agreeing to pay $25 for not showing up, or showing up too late for an appointment yet my time was clearly not valued at the same high standard that I am expected to value the practice's time. I find that insulting and unacceptable.

I've already asked my primary care provider to see a different neurology group.
